IMMEDIATE JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – Installer
Full – Time
Salary Range $16-$22 / hour (commensurate with level of experience)
Water Purification Consultants seeks a qualified Installer whose primary role will be to install potable
water filters at a range of project sites. Candidates should have experience with galvanized, stainless
steel and/or PVC pipe-fitting, and must be able to read and interpret drawings and install all equipment
and piping in accordance with the drawings provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Assist master plumber when necessary, by performing job takeoff and facilitating the
material orders for new and/or replacement filters.
– Install commercial and/or residential potable water filters
– Manage work log
– Maintain detailed reports of work done at various job sites
– Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
– Coordinate with non-company contractors and subcontractors on construction time
schedules.
Skills and Qualifications
– High School diploma or GED
– Valid NC Driver’s License
– Possess knowledge and experience installing water filtration equipment, plumbing,
valves, and controls
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers
– NC Waterworks certification(s) preferred, but not required.
Salary Expectation
Full-time position
$16.00-$22.00/hour (commensurate with level of experience)
